About the property

This superb, modern villa has stunning views over the town of Benitachell and the Bernia mountains.

As well as it's own pool, the villa has access to a communal childrens pool. It has electric entrance gates and garage doors and intercom at the entrance.

The villa features a double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. There is an en-suite bathroom, separate family bathroom with bath/shower and a cloakroom. The villa has air conditioining throughout, with underfloor heating for the winter months. It is beautifully furnished inside & out with all modern conveniences, including satellite TV, DVD, and midi hi-fi.

The villa is situated just ten minutes drive from the resort towns of Javea and Moraira, with beaches and shops nearby.

About Benitachell, Costa Blanca

Situated some 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea, Benitachell offers a fantastic location. Visitors staying around this part of the Costa Blanca can benefit greatly from the attractions and activities closeby. Golf fans are well catered for as the local course is in the area, however a car is recommended so you can explore the delights of Northern Costa Blanca.

Among our favourite restaurants are; Masena, Galera, Montgo, Castellvi, Valle del Pop, Pepe´s......the list goes on and on. A visit to Valencia is highly recommended, with loads to see and do, while for the family Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica offer a great day out !
