About the property

This super apartment is located on the popular complex of Las Coronas in Costa Teguise. Ideally suited for couples, the apartment is spacious and offers comfortable accommodation for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment has one bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge, we can accommodate up to four guests. The kitchen is fitted with most usual conveniences as listed below, however the property is near a good range of restaurants if you fancy eating out. The comfortable lounge comes complete with TV and DVD player, so don´t forget to bring your favourite films if you fancy a cosy night in.

The property benefits from a large outside terrace area, which is furnished with table and chairs plus sunbeds, the views of the swimming pool and sea make it ideal for relaxing in the sunshine.

Facilities on the complex include a hair salon, coffee shop, tennis court and pool bar. Local bars and restaurants, plus a range of evening entertainment are close by.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
