About Villa L'Ermita, Santa Catalina
Our L'Ermita villa is in an ideal location on the Santa Catalina Estate, 3 kms inland from Estartit, within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, various restaurants and overlooking one of the lovely pools on this estate.
The villa has a sunny private terraced garden well equipped with patio furniture and built in barbeque, with a gate leading out to the pool, making it ideal for families with small children.
Accommodation in this villas comprises newly fitted open plan kitchen, good size living/dining room with patio doors leading to garden and pool. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. A new shower room with w.c. & washbasin is located on the ground floor. The English owners spend a great deal of time in this villa and it is well equipped with "extras" which include satellite TV and music centre.
A large supermarket is within easy walking distance. There is off road secure parking and a car is required for beach and town.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips
This villa is ideal for a family with 2 children, overlooking one of the 3 swimming pools on this estate. It is located in a quiet position just 3kms inland from Estartit, where there is a 5km stretch of golden sandy beach. There are many restaurants and bars along the sea front and Estartit is the premier diving centre for this region.
There are four golf courses within an easy drive of Estartit.

“We have going to Estartit for 25 years off and on and stayed in 10 different villas or appartments, this is one of the best places we have stayed in, clean, well equiped ideal a real home from home for 4 people and Norman is a really nice helpful chap, hope to go again soon.”

The house is well equipped and presented with everything you need for a peaceful holiday. Norman went out of his way to meet us in the early hours of the morning on our arrival and made us feel welcome.”
