About Casa Andreas
Spacious unique villa on two levels. The main accommodation on 1st floor takes advantage of the outstanding views from the windows and terraces, which have been described by many guests as the most breathtaking on the island!. Unusual open-air "all season" 2nd lounge/dining area by the pool. The first floor has an internal lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen with oven & hob, m/wave, f/freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar overlooking pool and views to sea. Lounge has satellite TV, DVD, video and hi-fi systems. Private SOLAR heated pool set in private gardens, many terraces and patio with builtin BBQ, all have the same stunning views!
There is a ground floor twin bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a large walkin shower, and there is an additional wc/wb in entrance hall. On the 1st floor there is a large twin bedroom with dressing room (which can take 3rd bed) and a large double bedroom, with a large private balcony offering spectacular uniterrupted sea and mountain views. The family bathroom on 1st floor is fitted with bath and large walk-in shower.
The grounds offer numerous sun terraces, separate BBQ patio set in gardens and the views from the villa are incredible. Cots & high chairs provided free of charge, if required.

Beautiful villa is ideal for a secluded getaway, yet only a couple of minutes drive to lacal shops bakery, delicatessens and excellent local restaurants in Tahiche or the aincient historic capital of Teguise. A very tranquil, peaceful yet convenient location for just relaxing in stunning surroundings, great for walking, birdwatching, or for touring the attractions of the island, also ideal for golfers or group of friends or family planning a holiday together. The golf course is less than 5 minutes drive from the villa. If you require a smaller villa in the same stunning location, or want to holiday with friends or family, please see our adjacent villas Casa Maria & Casa Las Yuccas. These can either be viewed on this website Ref 4363 and 4366 .
Well located for access to all of the islands tourist attractions. Only 5 minutes from Costa Teguise and golf course. We can also arrange fully inclusive, very competitively priced car hire; guests will be greeted personnaly by their rep in the arrivals hall.

(STAYED IN MARCH 2010)
“stayed here with friends, 3 couples, and it was just for what we were looking for. We did not want to be in a "holiday town" so we could relax and get away for a while, but not so far away so we could not pop in of a day an evening to bars/beach etc, so this was ideal. You do need a car, but we got a great deal from the owner. We found the property v clean, and as described, with everything we needed - and enough space to not get under each other feet! Highly recommended for a quiet get away with lovely evening views out to the sea. will be returning for sure!”
