About Casa Las Yuccas

Beautiful villa in rural peaceful setting ,with private heated pool set in own gardens and terraces with builtin BBQ, with what many regular guests have said must be the most breathtaking views on the island! Large new f/fitted kitchen with oven, hob, f/freezer, m/wave, washing machine. Spacious open plan lounge and dining room both with spectaclar views to sea; satellite TV, video , DVD player, and CD/hi-fi systems. The property has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom, second family bathroom, both have showers. There is also a sofa bed in a separate alcove off the dining room. All rooms and terraces have fantastic uninterrupted views over open countryside and out to sea. The tranquility and scenery is guaranteed to provide the most relaxing vacation ever! Cots & highchairs provided free of charge.

Outside there is a private SOLAR heated pool, with surrounding terraces and gardens with fantastic views over volcanoes east And west, and south out to sea. Builtin BBQ and private parking area.

English owner/manager is available for information and assistance. Car hire can be arranged (see also our adjacent villas, Casa Maria ref 4366 & Casa Andreas 4368).

Owner's Tips

The hamlet of Las Cabreras is located between Tahiche and the old capital, Teguise. This is a wonderful quiet, rural setting and a great location for friends, families or couples who want an country villa within 5 mins drive the Old Capital of Teguise, the cosmopolitan capital of Arrecife, the beaches of Costa Teguise, and a central location for touring the island (see also our adjacent villas, Casa Maria & Casa Andreas, if you are planning a holiday for several groups of friends/family, and all want your own space!)

There is plenty of open countryside for children and adults alike, to explore in safety whilst remaining in site of the villa. Very well situated for visiting all of the island's attractions. Please view our own website.

We can arrange competitive car hire and we meet all clients at the airport.

Also ideal for golfers, 5 minutes drive to golf course and plenty of room for clubs! Wonderful area for walking, birdwatching or just to relax by the pool and take in the stunning views!

The National Park of Timanfaya and its volcanoes are not to be missed.

The Foundation of the island's internationally acclaimed artist and architect, Cesar Manrique, is only 3 minutes drive from the villa.

“Myself my partner and our two young girls have been to Lanzarotte on two separate occasions. Lanzarotte is an island of two halfs. There is the full on touristy bit and then there is the more relaxed cultural oasis provided by Ceasar Manrigue and the amazing out of the way beaches.
As a family we prefer the latter. Casa Yucca was the perfect way to enjoy the island. You are neither in the thick of it nor are you invading on the lanzarotian peoples private space. The veiws are to die for and we were even treated to a full on fireworks dispay over Arecefe out of the fantastic panoramic window in the lounge. The Villa is fantastic value for money , it is spacious clean and well presented and equiped. The outside is extensive which means you can catch the sun at any time of the day. I would reccomend this Villa to anyone wanting to escape and relax.”

“Three of us (mum, dad & 12 year old daughter) had an excellent two weeks at Casa Las Yuccas. Perfect accomodation, clean, well kept, and totally private! Great pool, and BBQ and the villa is nicely located to be just away from it all, and also not far from anything! The fantastic Papagaya beaches are only 40 mins away! Two bonuses are great sunsets - and sunrises if you're up early enough - and Izzy the friendly, lovely, resident cat. We will be back sometime soon.”

“This was our first trip to the Canary Islands, and I hired both this and the neighbouring Casa Maria for my family and another family so we all had our own space but we and our children could also spend time together during the holiday; and it was perfect for that. Both villas are certainly well appointed for the price and car hire was made easy by the lady who owns them. They are in a secluded spot away from anywhere but a short drive from the beach and shops, and from a suprisingly green par 72 golf course where the men can get away for an afternoon!”
