This attractive air-conditioned detached property stands in its own garden on the exclusive Torre Gran Estate some 3 kms inland from Estartit. The villa has its own private swimming pool and spectacular sea views across farmland towards the bay of Pals.

Accommodation is on 2 floors as follows, modern kitchen, living/dining room with patio doors giving access to terrace, garden and private pool. There is also a well fitted shower room/w.c at ground floor level. 3 large bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, plus a further bathroom complete this luxurious accommodation. A balcony with superb views leads off the main bedroom.

A supermarket can be found at the entrance to the estate but a car is recommended for beach and town. The property has a garage which contains a washing machine.

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
