The accommodation and pool are all on one level, in an elevated position with steps up to enclosed terracing. Comfortably furnished the villa has been refurbished and includes a shady porch, doors to living/dining room with unique central fireplace. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, separate dining room. Master double bedroom plus two bedrooms with twin singles, two full bathrooms. Living room and Bedrooms have a/c (£60 per week additional cost) Lower garden area features mature shrubs and some magnificent palms.

About Moraira, Costa Blanca

An exclusive location with beautiful coastline and great facilities including shopping, sports, a castle and great restaurants. Antoniet's in the town is a family run concern, and has been since the 1960's, offering superb Spanish cuisine. Another well known fine restaurant offering mediterranean cuisine is Le Dauphin, in a stunning setting overlooking the bay of El Portet.

Being off the main coast road it doesn't suffer the crowding of some resorts - Moraira has a reputation for beautiful property and an air of exclusivity.

There is a wide selection of well priced properties in Moraira available for holiday lettings. For those wishing to explore the area, or drive to the numerous golf courses, car hire in Moraira is very reasonable.

The spectacularly beautiful Costa Blanca has 270kms of coastline, where the distinctive soft, white, sandy beaches nestle between rocky headlands.

Villa World have hand picked a number of villas with private pools in upmarket areas near Moraira, Javea and Denia. Between Valencia in the North and Alicante in the South, there is a great deal of exploration to be done in the region. The old quarter of Valencia with its cathedral and 200 steps to the Micalet bell tower will afford the energetic some breathtaking views. Drive up to the rocky peak at Guadalest, an ancient mountain fortress town, for some more panoramic views or continue inland on small country lanes and discover sleepy villages, where the pace of life has not changed for centuries.

The Terra Mitica theme park is ideal for a family day out just 30 minutes drive from the resorts we feature which are approximately 1 hour from Alicante or Valencia airport.
