About the property

Secluded Costa Blanca villa set in the Javea countryside, just 1.5kms from the Arenal beach and Promenade, this spacious villa is comfortably fitted and furnished and offers fabulous views of the Montgo mountain.

Entrance is from the covered terrace which overlooks the pool area into a large living/dining room with regional satellite TV. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine. Two twin bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor and master double bedroom on the first floor with spacious bathroom, dressing area and private terrace.

Lawns, gardens and terraces surround the large private pool which is totally enclosed and the villa is surrounded by orange groves.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

The spectacularly beautiful Costa Blanca has 270kms of coastline, where the distinctive soft, white, sandy beaches nestle between rocky headlands.

Villa World have hand picked a number of villas with private pools in upmarket areas near Moraira, Javea and Denia. Between Valencia in the North and Alicante in the South, there is a great deal of exploration to be done in the region. The old quarter of Valencia with its cathedral and 200 steps to the Micalet bell tower will afford the energetic some breathtaking views. Drive up to the rocky peak at Guadalest, an ancient mountain fortress town, for some more panoramic views or continue inland on small country lanes and discover sleepy villages, where the pace of life has not changed for centuries.

The Terra Mitica theme park is ideal for a family day out just 30 minutes drive from the resorts we feature which are approximately 1 hour from Alicante or Valencia airport.
