About the property

Almond Grove is a stunning villa beautifully fitted and furnished and set in large private immaculately kept gardens.

Close to the golf course the property has a gated entrance and you gain entry to the villa from the covered terrace which leads into the living room with regional satellite tv, DVD and video, this in turn leads to the garden and pool. There is a separate dining room with open plan spacious kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and dishwasher. All on one level the master double bedroom has tv for DVD's and en suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and a twin which share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have garden view.

The large pool is surrounded by lawns and there is a poolside "hot tub" along with a barbecue area and a boules court at the front of the property. Superb villa in lovely surroundings.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

The spectacularly beautiful Costa Blanca has 270kms of coastline, where the distinctive soft, white, sandy beaches nestle between rocky headlands.

Villa World have hand picked a number of villas with private pools in upmarket areas near Moraira, Javea and Denia. Between Valencia in the North and Alicante in the South, there is a great deal of exploration to be done in the region. The old quarter of Valencia with its cathedral and 200 steps to the Micalet bell tower will afford the energetic some breathtaking views. Drive up to the rocky peak at Guadalest, an ancient mountain fortress town, for some more panoramic views or continue inland on small country lanes and discover sleepy villages, where the pace of life has not changed for centuries.

The Terra Mitica theme park is ideal for a family day out just 30 minutes drive from the resorts we feature which are approximately 1 hour from Alicante or Valencia airport.
