Fabulous Andalucian villa situated in the heart of the golf valley - Las Brisas in Nueva Andalucia, which is surrounded by mountains. Located only a 5 minute drive from Puerto Banus and 12 minutes from Marbella town, there are an excellent selection of restaurants within walking distance of the villa as well as a supermarket. Four major championship golf courses surround the area.

Comfortably and elegantly fitted and furnished the accommodation comprises spacious living/dining room (air conditioned) with plasma TV, digital satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave.

Four bedrooms, all facing the pool, 2 have twin beds and share a full bathroom, there is a further twin with en-suite bathroom and the 4th bedroom is self contained in a separate wing off the courtyard with double bed, air conditioned, lounge area and en-suite shower. The other 3 bedrooms have overhead fans.

The mature garden surrounds the 6.6x3.3m private pool and barbecue area. Interior parking for 2 cars, electronic gate entrance.

An additonal bedroom can be opened up to make it 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 persons at an extra cost.

About Nueva Andalucía, Costa del Sol

Situated to the west of Marbella, visitors to Nueva Andalucia often go to play for the golf. There are a wide range of golf and country clubs in the local area that are set within stunning scenery and the courses are designed to a very high standard. The nearby beaches are safe and clean and there are many watersports to try out if you don’t want to relax in the sun.

Street markets are big in this area and the one in Nueva Andalucia is held next to the bullring on Saturday mornings. It’s recommended you go early as they’re are always bargains to be had.

Being so close to Marbella and Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia is an excellent place to stay if you´re looking for a fun, active holiday with lot´s of activities to choose from. Alternatively you can read a book on the beach and soak up the Mediterranean sun.
