This new (2003), attractive villa is situated on a modern urbanisation just 1km from the Cala'n Bosch marina and with shops and restaurants closer by.

The enclosed gardens surround the pool which has roman steps and there is a barbecue. Entrance is from the back of the villa into the hall which leads through to a comfortable living/dining room with local TV and doors to the covered terrace. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. Well positioned quality villa with full facilities available for all the family. One of four villas, interior photos may vary.

About Calan Bosch, Menorca

This resort is probably one of the most fashionable places on the island and it’s only approx 9km south of Ciutadella. The marina with it’s trendy bars and restaurants dominate this area, making it ideal if you´re looking for lively entertainment in the evenings. Close by the resort of Son Xoriguer has two large beaches offering everything from pedaloes to scuba-diving courses. The mini-train runs to and from Son Xoriguer during the day. The main shopping area is around the north end of the marina; here you will find a good range of shops to browse through and pick up and few souvenirs along the way. If you don’t have a hire car, there is a regular bus service to Ciutadella each day allowing you to explore further a field.
