About the property
This ideally situated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is close to all amenities and boasts of a beautiful communal pool with open B.B.Q. use, extensive lawns with palm trees and a heated indoor pool. There is a restaurant and bar within the complex and many more restaurants and supermarket nearby. La Siesta golf course and restaurant is within walking distance and clubs can be hired out for 9 or 18 hole games. The terraces are extensive and meals or drinks can be taken with views of the sea and the golf course.
The apartment has the most spectacular views towards the Mediterranean, Africa and Gibraltar can be seen on a clear day. There are two terraces, one off the lounge and dining room and another off the master bedroom. The apartment also has the benefit of marble flooring throughout.
The lounge and dining area has an open fireplace, TV, video recorder, CD/cassette, electric fans and bed settee. Sliding doors lead you to the terrace with its magnificent views and patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The hallway takes you to one twin bedroom and one shower room/toilet/wash basin. One king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second private terrace with patio furniture.
The pool is surrounded with tropical gardens including an abundance of banana trees and lawns. There is private parking and the apartment is only a very short distance from the car park.

About Calahonda, Costa del Sol
Calahonda is a growing holiday resort, located just down the road from Marbella. Like all tourist areas, it’s well serviced for holidaymakers and offers a superb beach. As a fairly new development, Calahonda has a modern feel to it, you may have to drive island if you want to see old architecture and “pueblos Blanco’s”.
Statistically most visitors to this area are English, so speaking fluent Spanish isn’t a problem. Even in the bars and restaurants, English is spoken and you’ll discover a range of food can be ordered, there’s even Indian restaurants. For shopping it´s best to head for the El Zoco complex, here you’ll find plenty to spend your money on and there are places to eat afterwards.
Owner's Tips...
There is a unique electric ornamental buggy train, leaving every hour that can take you around the locality, and to parades of restaurants, shops, banks and towards the beach, therefore avoiding taking the car. La Siesta golf course is only a 10 minute walk for this apartment.
The fantastic Marina of Capapino is minutes away offering many restaurants, beach bars, entertainment, dolphin trips, boat excursions and hire.
The ritzy! Puerto Banus of Marbella with its array of restaurants, bars, boutiques and magnificent yachts, is only a short drive away.
