About the property

Villa La Retreat is situated in the favoured area of Los Mojones, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, shopping mall and bars not forgetting the sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. The Old Town and harbour are also within easy walking distance and are famous for their selection of restaurants including fish and tapas bars and shops

Accommodation includes a spacious lounge and dining area which has satellite TV, video player, CD-player and french doors leading to the terrace and pool. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine built in microwave, fridge freezer and oven. There is also access from here to the pool and terrace.

A few steps take you up to one twin bedroom, one double bedroom (can be made into twins), one master bedroom (twin or double) with en-suite bathroom, one shower room and one guest toilet.

From the lounge, french doors lead you to a large comfortable covered seating area. This area overlooks the heated swimming pool. The pool has roman steps into it and the depth is minimum 1.40 metres, max 1.90 metres.

There is a poolside shower and a large brick built BBQ also ample terrace areas with out door leisure furniture.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
