About the property
This beautiful villa with its heated pool and completely enclosed private garden is situated in the quiet residential area of Los Calamares and is approximately a 10-minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca, the beach, shops, bars, restaurants.
A further 10 minute walk to the West is Playa Dorada Beach with its jet ski's, and various water activities. Or if you prefer a slightly quieter location 10 minutes walk to the East is the beach /lagoon of Playa Flamingo.
It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the Harbour where you can catch the frequent ferry to Fuerteventura, which is approx 1hr crossing time.
The world famous beaches of Papagayo are only a 10-minute drive from your villa.

Rates shown are for upto 4 persons: Please add £50.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults + 1 child in total.
As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note, children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.
Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels are not provided. Please note: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
Hire chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20€ a week, per item.

Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30€ per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
