About the property
This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is built to a very high specification, with designer furnishings, giving a five star feel, it is situated on the beach front at San Pedro with numerous quality restaurants all within 1/2 minutes walk. The property has designer furnishings throughout. Remote controlled gates lead to underground car parking with lift available to apartment, plus there is 24-hour security.
The apartment has a large lounge/dining area with seating for six up to people. Entertainment includes a flat screen satellite TV, including BBC package, DVD player and a large selection of DVD's to watch, CD-player and radio. There is remote controlled air-conditioning/heating throughout. The luxuriously fitted kitchen comes with all built-in appliances, including washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There are granite work surfaces throughout.
The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with a range of fully fitted wardrobes. A safe is housed in the main bedroom. There are marbled bathrooms with power showers and jacuzzi bath in main bathroom.
Outside are two large terraces - one with sunbeds and one with seating for up to 6 people. There is also a private garden area in front of the terraces for additional sunbathing. The terraces overlook the landscaped gardens and the communal pool has the bonus of a lifeguard in the summer months.

About San Pedro de Alcantara, Costa del Sol
Despite the fact that San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella, it has quite a different feel about it. Workers from the nearby sugar cane and cotton plantations once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Nowadays there is still an old feel about San Pedro, although it is growing into a large resort with many modern facilities.
