About Villa Els Perdals
The accommodation is on two floors. There is a modern kitchen fully fitted with large American style fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The large living room has separate dining area with large windows overlooking the bay and patio doors giving access to gardens and terraces with a built in barbeque area. Also on the ground floor there is a small double bedroom and well fitted shower room with walk in shower, w.c. and washbasin.
Four further double bedrooms, one of which contains bunk beds, a well appointed bathroom and a further shower room are located upstairs. Sunny balconies with lovely views lead off three of the bedrooms.
Perdals has a double garage for although beach and most amenities are within walking distance, a car is recommended with this property. The property has full oil fired central heating for out of season lets and there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. It should be noted that there are 55 steps from street level to the front door. In the well kept totally enclosed garden, there is a private solar heated pool surrounded by large terraces and a further shower room with WC at this level.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips
The beach in Estartit is fantastic - 5 kms of golden sand . There are several good restaurants on the sea front, and the marina where the diving schools and boats to view the marine life around the Medas Isles operate from are all within walking distance.
