About the property
We have three 3 bedroom properties sleeping 6 and 7, one has air conditioning.
Campello with its 23kms of coastline and beaches and its pedestrianized promenade lined with restaurants and bars is located on the Costa Blanca between the Historic City of Alicante and the lively commercialised town of Benidorm. The Holiday Property is in the Moroccan Style Urbanisation of Alkabir situated by the coast on the northern outskirts of the town.
Alkabir is set in attractive landscaped gardens and boasts a splendid swimming pool (June to September only, passes included) suitable for all ages. There is ample sunbathing area on the surrounding patios and a pool side bar. The nearest local beach is a 5 minutes walk away, with a summer bar located on it. The beautiful sandy beach at Playa Muchavista/San Juan is 5 minutes drive away.
Within the Urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes. There is also a small supermarket, which can supply all the essentials. There is a station nearby, Amerador, for the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway, which has stops all along the coast including Campello, San Juan, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.
The holiday accommodation which sleeps up to 6 plus a cot, comprises of a small patio garden leading into an open plan living/dining room and American style kitchen, on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom, on the second floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a roof terrace leading off the top bedroom. These properties have a television, DVD, a microwave and a washing machine.
The price includes bed linen, towels (not beach), gas, water and electricity.

About El Campello, Costa Blanca
Traditionally, the economy of El Campello was centred on fishing and dry crops. Today the town's main source of income is derived from tourism. The town also has a Casa de Cultura (Municipal Arts Centre) and a multi-sports Centre with a covered hall. The Casa de Cultura has an auditorium and an open-air amphitheatre.
El Campello has a 23km coastline with beaches ranging from the Muchavista Playa which borders on the much visited San Juan Playa to rocky coves such as the Cova del Llop Marí and the cove of Morro Blanc. There is a nudist beach in the rocky Lloma de Reixes cove.
A two-piece sculpture by the Alicante artist Arcadio Blasco symbolizes fishermen. One part of the sculpture is located on the road to Alicante whilst the other piece symbolizes a lighthouse. A laser links the two parts of the sculpture, producing a beautiful night time sight.
Owner's Tips...
The urbanisation has its own bars and restaurants, but there are many more in Campello 15 mins walk away. The local beach is nearby and the fantastic beach at Playa Muchavista only a few stops on the nearby train.
