About the property

A luxurious and spacious villa offering exceptional accomodation for up to 10 people. This outstanding villa is quite possible one of the finest in Puerto Del Carmen and it has been very carefully restored to the highest of standards.

All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access to either the main pool terrace or private rear terrace. The master bedroom having a large dressing room and en-suite with steps to built in bath and separate walk in shower.

Four bedrooms are situated in the main house with the fifth bedroom having twin beds & en-suite ideal for teenagers or nanny as it is across the pool from the main house.

Externally the magnificent 11m heated pool is the central feature amongst sunbathing terraces, built in barbeque & bar area, covered terrace with luxurious bamboo furniture, covered games area, family sized hot tub with CD player.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
