About the property

This one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor has its own entrance and comes with sitting room/kitchenette/large patio, and is fully equipped.

In the sitting room there is a CD-player, TV and DVD player, double sofa/chair, table and chairs with Spanish under table heating system for winter and oil filled radiator, plus a stand fan for summer. Large glass doors look out onto the patio which offers great views. The kitchenette comes fully equiped with a dinner service, saucepans, knives & forks, gas oven (butano), microwave, fridge, hand food processor, kettle. Washing & drying can be arranged.

The bedroom has a double bed, night tables and lights, chester drawers, wardrobe. The
Window looks onto the Castle at back of the house. In the bedroom there is also a stand fan for summer, oil radiator for winter. Also iron + ironing board and outside airerer. The property has a 3-piece bathroom and includes shower, w.c, basin, two large mirrors, hair dryer. Storage shelves.

The property has a safe available plus the use of house phone & Internet at normal prices.

Outside sees a large patio (app. 30ft) with potted plants, BBQ, table & chairs, umbrella and stand, pool big (inflatble), enough for 2, and 2 sun loungers. The patio has wonderful views of the Castle, valley and surrounding mountains. There are garage parking facilities by arrangement.

A welcome package is available with essentials including i.e. coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter etc. at cost.

About Antequera, Inland Andalucia

Located in the heart of Andalucia, Antequera is an old Architectural Roman Capital town full of interesting sites from Roman/Moorish Castle and Churches to Flamingo Nature Reserve and El Torcal eroded Limestone Formations. It is approx. 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.

This holiday is mainly for those wishing a tranquil holiday, sight seeing and/or beaches. Antequera is 2.500ft above sea level, surrounded by clean fresh air, beautiful mountains and countryside. It still remains a relative unspoilt town.

Owner's Tips...

Antequera is a beautiful town for those who wish to be away from Costa resorts, yet near enough to enjoy both worlds. Within 2-3hrs drive you can go to Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba, Sierra Nevada, Gibralter. Nearest beaches 45 mins drive. Can arrange transport to & from Airport. Antequera boasts of huge amount of historical places to see, also a Nature Reserve and The Alhambra Palace in Granada. Holy week is a time that should not be missed.

Restaurants are plentiful with local dishes and tapas. Shopping is 3mins walk or local bus. Daily fresh meat, fish & veg market, open 8.00am -2.00pm Quiet area. Golf courses.
