About the property
An attractive townhouse located a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, between Jávea Port and the Arenal beach, in an elegant development built to high standards. Just a few steps from the spacious, private patio at the front of the house are the residents’ gardens - cool lawns, fountains, swimming pool, whirlpool and a large, shady, paved area.
On the ground floor, the front door from the patio leads into the living room, with an American (open) kitchen leading conveniently from the dining area, while the small lobby containing the cloakroom, and stairs to the first floor, are at the rear of the lounge area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom complete the accommodation upstairs.
Close by is the picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats of all types are moored for easy access to the sea. A short stroll along the seafront to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with its many attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Jávea will take around fifteen minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby. The historic old town of Jávea is about 3 km away, and there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.
Villa is cleaned and prepared between lets and clean linen is delivered weekly.. Hand/bath towels provided – bring your swimming towels, please. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
