Every principal room in the house has outstanding panoramic views over the bay of Jávea towards Cabo San Antonio while, from the terraces and pool, Mount Montgó is also encompassed. The large windows give the villa a cool, light and airy feel; the facilities for outdoor relaxing and dining are of the same excellent standard.

Accommodation is on three levels. The main living area consists of the entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, large salon, master bedroom, and partially covered terrace with two aspects.

On the upper level is one double bedroom, and on the lower level is a large hallway, three bedrooms, an additional room with two beds, and access to the pool and lower terraces.

The villa is in an elevated position above a main road to the coast, from which the Arenal is reached by car in about 5 minutes. The Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing and water sports, around which lies a promenade with bars, restaurants and shops - equally lively during the daytime and at night. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit, and two golf courses are just a short drive away.

Mosquito blinds in bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. The property has three en-suite bathrooms, one with jacuzzi/hydromassage.

The villa is cleaned between lets. Weekly refresher clean/linen change. Hand/bath towels provided - please bring your swimming towels. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
