An attractive apartment in a small, exclusive complex built in Moorish style, an easy three minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. Here there is safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide promenade with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a rocky sea frontage about one minute’s walk from the apartment - excellent for snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing.
In the apartment itself furnishings and décor are of a good standard, with colour-coordinated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable and spacious living area. For the enjoyment of guests the owners have thoughtfully provided videos, books, cards, and games, including chess. There are two sofas, dining table, seating for 8, digital TV with English channels. VCR. Hi-fi (CD & tape). Entrance door and sliding doors to spacious terrace with table and seating for 8. Sun umbrella.
The apartment has two entrance doors, so one can enter either from the pedestrian gate into the garden from the terrace, or from the garage and parking at the rear.
A three-minute stroll will take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are about 2 km away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
The property is cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available. Cot and high chair hire can be arranged.

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.
The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
