About the property

This south-facing ground floor apartment is located a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, between Jàvea Port and the beautiful Arenal beach, in an elegant development built to high standards.

It has its own small front garden, as well as a most attractive residents' garden with lawns, fountains, pool, whirlpool and large, shady area.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, fan and doors leading onto the terrace.

The lounge is a large room with dining area (seating for 6), and lounge furniture including a good-size, very comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning and TV. Double doors lead directly to terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer. Kitchen table. Utility room with sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Outside is a south-facing terrace with table and chairs. Steps from terrace to front garden, also with table and chairs. Residents’ garden and pool. Underground parking. Central heating for the cooler months. Entry phone.

The property is cleaned between lets. Fresh bed linen supplied weekly. Hand/bath towels provided (not swimming towels). Airport pick-up service available. Cot & high chair hire can be arranged.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a walk through the narrow streets of the old town will bring you to the fish market.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals is big business with many offering cheaper rates during winter months.

Javea is a town steeped in history and some of the museums in the town have traces of artefacts dating back to Roman times, and some of the buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed.
