The apartment is one of the few which has it's own private roof terrace for all round sun, located in a lovely complex and is furnished to a very high standard.
The apartment is accessed from the car park and only one flight of stairs to negotiate.
Situated just 10-minutes from the airport, this apartment has a great location and its carefully chosen furnishings give you that "home from home" feel. For golfers, staying here entitles you to a discount off the green fees at the championship course, Golf de Sur, an added bonus!
The apartment has a light and airy feel, the lounge room opens onto a balcony, which is ideal for catching the summer sun, or for lazy evenings sharing a bottle of wine. Patio furniture is supplied for your comfort and there are views of the swimming pools below. The lounge itself comes equipped with satellite TV, cd/radio and DVD player, please feel free to bring your favourite films with you. For evenings in, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cook up a culinary delight. Cutlery and crockery are provided. There is one bedroom in the apartment, furnished with two single beds and ample storage to hang your clubs! The bathroom comes with bath and shower.
A spiral staircase in the lounge leads to your own private sun terrace, which we have furnished with sun loungers, from here you can see magnificent views across the island. Don't forget your sun lotion though, it can get very hot up there during the day. This area is ideal for evening BBQ's, a disposable BBQ can be purchased in the local supermarket nearby.
Weekly maid service is provided, along with towels and linen, we would ask all guests to bring their own beach towels. A welcome basket of essentials is provided free of charge upon arrival.

The apartment is normally £245 all year round except Christmas/New Year (£350/week). From time to time, the price may also be reduced for late availability. Weekly maid service is provided, along with towels and linen, we would ask all guests to bring their own beach towels. A welcome basket of essentials is provided free of charge upon arrival. Should you be booking within 4 weeks of departure, please call, if the apartment is still available, we will reduce the price.

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
If you are looking for a lovely relaxing break or you are a golfer then you will love the apartment, complex and Golf Del Sur area. High quality restaurants are all close by and there are some lovely walks along the sea front.

Sheltered from any wind, private roof terrace for access to sun all day, good food at a low cost in the area, cheap car hire, very quiet complex so you just have to relax. Golf course only 5 min away.

“Good location within easy rach of airport 20 mins away and also, las americas and los christianos. Beautiful little village square of Sab Blas only 5 mins walk away with plenty of good restaurants and bars.
Apartment very clean and tidy with lovely sun terrace on the roof for private sun bathing and nice balcony over looking main pool which is great for kids.”
