About the property

Estival is a complex of new holiday houses. Each townhouse features three bedrooms of which two have a double bed and one bedroom with two individual beds. There are two lovely modern bathrooms which are fully tiled and comprise a full size bath, over bath shower, vanity basin and storage unit.

There are two folding beds at your disposal if required, which makes room for a total of eight guests.
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, and all other equipment.

The spacious living room features a large and comfortable sofa and a dining area, TV and glass sliding doors which lead to the private little garden with garden furniture. A large, well kept community garden with big swimming pool and underground car park are at your disposal.

About Salou, Costa Dorada

The beaches, with clear water and golden sand are probably one of the main reasons people stay in Salou. The mild temperatures all year round make for an excellent holiday, with plenty of activities to get involved in if you choose.

There are some great days out to be had nearby, including Port Aventura and Aqualeon theme parks.
