Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this gorgeous beach-house is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. The long Arenal Beach is located just across the street from the complex, so you can enjoy the view of the blue waters and white sands. The mountains, sea and beach make a gorgeous setting for a perfect holiday. There also is a community garden with swimming pool.

The house is made up of three levels. On the basement level there is a garage with direct access to the house and a bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen, a lavatory and a spacious living/dining room. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and with views to the garden and to the sea. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has 2 individual beds and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. One of the other bedrooms has also two single beds and the third bedroom has 1 single bed.

The small and scenic town of Hospitalet Infant is charming in its own right. This panoramic town sits near the harbor, and has an estimated population of only 4,253 families. The 102 square kilometers of Hospitalet Infant is situated in the Baix Camp region, and includes 2 small towns and 3 villages. On the coastal line you will find Hospitalet de L'Infant and L'Almadrava, and further into the mountains are the villages of Vandellós, Masriudoms and Masboquera, all of which give a warm welcome to visitors like you. The area possesses a long history that dates to 1191, when the township of Vandellós ( hich means Valley of Laurel) received a Royal Charter. In 1346, Peter IV ("infante Pere") and his mother Blanca d'Anjou instituted the old hospital which bore the name, and thus, Hospitalet de L'Infant was founded. The hospital was built to shelter pilgrims and wayfarers. Today, only vestiges of the historic hospital are left -- a piece of the wall, a tower and several arches.

The town is just 140 kilometers away from Spain's capital, Barcelona. It is lined with long, heavenly shorelines and beaches, with wide curves of soft, golden sands that embrace clear blue waters from the Med. This beautiful sea has dramatic mountains for a backdrop. A lot of nice coves can be seen around the place as well. The city thrives on its port and its great beaches that attract throngs of tourists in the summer. As well, L'Hospitalet de L'Infant has a lovely boardwalk where you can relax to your hear’s content. Apart from the modern personality of the town, is a charm comprised of culture and art. Musical events and shows are held in the town annually. There’s a unique outdoor cinema that people can go into to watch the latest films. For kids, a fun animation show is provided. Food is never a problem in Hospitalet de L Infant . Within the vicinity are restaurants and cafés that serve both local and international cuisines.
