About the property
La Perla de la Bahia nestles on a stunning piece of coastline, on the beach at Casares, between Estepona and Sotogrande.
The apartment, on the first floor, overlooks the gardens and pool, and has magnificent views, out to sea, of an old Moorish watch-tower, and the North African coast.
Luxuriously furnished, there are marble floors throughout, with spacious rooms, and a huge covered terrace, large enough for dining and lounging.
Recently built, the complex is a small, quiet place with 24 hour security and electronic gates, and there is private access to the beach.
The apartment has air-conditioning for the summer months and central heating during winter stays. Heated pool during winter months.
The property has a fully fitted kitchen and fittings include clothes dryer, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Entertainment is provided, there is a CD-player, radio, satellite or cable TV, stereo system and video player. All linen is provided throughout your stay.

A security deposit of 300 Euros is payable in advance, returnable after departure. In order to reserve the rental, a 25% deposit of the rental and security deposit cost is payable with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. Additional charges apply for extra cleaning and laundry services.
About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
As all golfers know, the Costa del Sol is paradise. Within 30 minutes of the apartment, there are over 20 courses offering a challenge to the single handicapper or the occasional four-ball player. Immediately nearby is Duquesa Golf, 4 minutes, west, or Estepona Golf, 4 minutes, east. Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all within 20 minutes, while La Quinta, Monte Mayor and Marbella are no more than half an hour's drive. You can even play at night at La Dama de Noche! Tee times may be reserved through the La Perla Admin office.
