About the property
We have several apartments available in this recently built complex of just 16 apartmenta. Completed in the summer of 2002, these air conditioned apartments with secure off road parking, an attractive swimming pool and childrens paddling area, are finished to the very highest specification. They are within a couple of minutes walk of the beach, the marina, shops and restaurants.
The apartments have 2 bedrooms, well fitted bathrooms, open plan kitchens and living rooms with a sofa providing extra accommodation when required. All apartments have satellite TV, dishwashers, washing machines, and eye level cookers with electric hobs.
With the exception of the ground floor apartments, which have private terraces, the upper floors have private balconies leading off the living room. In addition to the balcony the top floor apartment has a private roof top sun terrace. There is a lift to serve the upper floors of the complex
The apartments have wheelchair access and are fitted with air conditioning and central heating, making them suitable for lets throughout the year.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava
This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.
However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
Owner's Tips...
Estartit has a golden sandy beach, a large marina, plenty of restaurants and bars, and is the premier diving location on the Costa Brava.
