About Las Piteras

This lovely property has a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with TV/ DVD and video, Family Sky package, radio/CD-player, including a selection of DVD's, video's and CD's. Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. There is also a utility area with washing machine.

The first floor has a front bedroom overlooking pool with double bed, fitted wardrobes and TV/DVD and small verandah. The rear bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom comes with bath with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. A camp bed for a 5th occupant is available and there is also a travel cot for baby (own bedding required).

Outside has enclosed patios front and rear which have been tiled to maximise the area for sun-bathing, play and entertaining. There is a 25 metre shared pool with adjoining childrens pool. There is intercom entry into the complex for security.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips

Just through the complex gates is a Supermarket for all your needs with long opening hours and a separate coffee bar. Everything else, shops,restaurants,the beach and a Friday market in the nearby square are all in easy walking distance. If you are looking for a well placed apartment ,this is the one!

“This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and as usual i cannot fault it . There is everything you need for a pleasant stay , the apartment itself is very clean and the complex is completely safe and the location is perfect with a supermarket just outside the main doors and all restaurants and the beach just just a couple of minutes away a must stay property.”

A spacious apartment with everything you could wish for. Having a washing machine was a great help - capsule wardrobe; cut out checked-in luggage.
Highly recommended for quality of accomodation, central location, near to good restaurants/ bars, a short walk to a beautiful beach, water sports, walking and 25m swimming pool on the doorstep.”

We too have holidayed in Costa Teguise for many years and this is an excellent apartment with everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday. It is a safe,very quiet complex and well maintained and if you have never stayed in Costa Teguise this would be a great place to start.
We are especially grateful to Ian who was very helpfull with all pre holiday arrangements and we would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and hope to return in the future.”

“We stayed at No 11 in September,the apartment was immaculate and had everything we required having visited Lanzarote for 10yrs we feel this complex is a real find. The complex is very safe,quiet and really central for all the amenities,the pool area is amazing and the spanish residents are all very friendly. We will be visiting again next year and have already booked to go again in June. Ian the owner keeps in touch with you leading up to your holiday and ensures everything goes smoothly, he has a good booking system that makes you feel confident that everything will go to plan. This is an ideal apartment for a central location in a safe clean house which has everything you will ever need just like a home from home.
