About Villa Annabel
Villa Annabel is a comfortable, well equipped villa, furnished mostly in traditional Andalucian style and enclosed in a secluded garden and with its own 14 metre swimming pool.
With beautiful views of the mountain over a green filled valley, the villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel (4 star) with all its facilities, several good restaurants, day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by and the beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarket and shops are a short 10 minutes walk. It is possible to eat in a different restaurant every night for approximately 10 nights, without requiring a car!
San Pedro is 2 Km away, Puerto Banus 6 Km and Marbella 8 Km, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about an hour’s drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.
Villa Annabel’s garden is well stocked with flowers and plants. One side of the garden has views towards the mountains and overlooks a valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertaining.
On arrival at the villa, you will find a small welcome pack covering the basics which includes milk, eggs, bread, butter and mineral water to get you through the first few hours at the villa. If you require a more comprensive stock, please prepare a shopping list which will be forwarded to the maid. You can then pay her directly during your stay.

About San Pedro de Alcantara, Costa del Sol
Despite the fact that San Pedro is part of the municipality of Marbella, it has quite a different feel about it. Workers from the nearby sugar cane and cotton plantations once lived here, however these days you would never believe it. Nowadays there is still an old feel about San Pedro, although it is growing into a large resort with many modern facilities.

“We have been in Villa Annabell for many times since 3 years. It is an absolutely lovely Villa with a lot of charming. It is very quiet there and it has a beautyful garden. A big pool is also there. It is very close to the beach and has some nice shops and bars around. For us it is a wonderful paradise and we are also looking forward to go to Villa Annabel again and again...”

“Me and my family stayed at this villa a while ago and we found the owner very friendly and helpful from the initial contact. When we arrived at the villa it felt quite homely and had a lovely log fire for the February evenings we were there. The big garden is beautiful, swimming pool quite large and the place is obviously looked after although it is an older villa. Its spacious, quiet and in a great location - we didnt leave the immediate area for a few days! There are a few good restaurants and bars very close by that we enjoyed.”
