About the property

The apartment is located within a private residential community of villas / apartments. The private terrace enjoys all day sunshine, while offering wonderful sea and pool views. The beach is 250 meters away, reached by a private gate. The complex has one large, one children's and one paddling pool with sunbeds around the terraces.

Accommodation comprises a large twin bedroom (with safe) , full bathroom with washing machine, open plan kitchen/diner complete with fridge, full oven/hob, kettle, microwave, toaster & sandwich maker. The spacious lounge has 2 large sofa beds accomodating 4 persons. It also includes a TV (receiving BBC1, BBC2 and ITV), DVD, radio/CD player, books, tennis rackets and board games.

There is a restaurant, pool bar, coffee shop,and tennis court within the complex. Opposite the complex there are newly opened units including mini market, tapas bar, pizza restaurant / carry out, live entertainment and bars with large screens (don't miss the sports!). Next door is the sister complex - Las Coronas 4 star hotel (adults only), which has daily day and evening entertainment.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Why don't you take a stroll out the back gate and along the newly completed promenade. 20-30 minutes walk will take you into the centre of Costa Teguise. Along the way take in the spectacular coastal views and beaches. Alternatively, 5 mins walk in the other direction takes you to King Carlos' summer residence.

Visit Lanzarotes only golf course (international standard) which includes a driving range and pitch/putt.

“jusj come home after staying in this property for 3 weeks over the christmas period, loved our stay and would reconmend this this property to any one looking for an appartment, the only dissapointment we had was the tv did not have any signal due to a fault on the lines. the cleaning lady was wonderful a lovely lady.”

“Bed linen and towels were clean and changed weekly.
The television was not functioning.
Apartment was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard.”

Owner's response: There was a problem with the television transmitter to all apartments within the complex. This has been resolved by the community.
The apartment is not cleaned and laundry replaced on a daily basis (it is weekly). As a private apartment this is left up to the individual. A washing machine was fitted in August 2009 for personal laundry and the cleaner lady also provides her own service.

“We had a wonderful sun filled two weeks in this perfectly situated apartment. The up sides were that it was away from the noise and busy resort inTeguise and yet close enough to be able to join in and shop if you wanted to. The walk along the sea front was delightful and became part of our daily routine. We found the supermarket and restaurant locations perfect, car hire outside the building - and even the bus to Arreciffe right outside the complex. The view from the apartment was great and we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy it and the sunshine. The down sides were too small even to record.”

“The Las Coronas is an excellent complex set in lovely surroundings. There are many good restaurants right on the doorstep with several more a 10 minute walk along the seafront promenade. Number 78 itself is a lovely spacious and well equipped apartment with great views over the pool and out to sea. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!”
