About the property

Two almost identical apartments, one on the ground floor being 108 sq.m. with a 16 sq.m. balcony and the other on the first floor, 97 sq.m., but with a larger 19 sq.m. balcony. Both have a master bedroom with king-size bed plus an en-suite bathroom, with bath, WC and bidet. Next door is a second bathroom with similar facilities, serving the occupants of the two twin bedrooms. Fitted wardrobes in the master bedrooms and the larger of the twin bedrooms. Free standing wardrobe in the third bedroom. Bedside tables, lamps and three-speed ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The kitchens have a full-size oven, four plate ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, full height fridge/freezer plus all the usual electrical accessories, toaster, kettle etc.

The entrance hall opens into the living room, with dining table, seating for six, plus a comfortable sofa for six around a coffee table. Twin ceiling fans, 'Free to View' satellite TV in English, DVD player, radio/CD, sideboard with books, magazines and playing cards. Attractive rugs on tiled floors, plus various extras throughout the apartments, including iron, ironing board, drying frame and a safe. Both ideally equipped as 'home from home' all-year properties.

The furnished balconies have a table and six chairs plus retractable sunshades. In 'C', this overlooks the communal pool where we have colour coded sunbeds for each apartment.

Linen, towels and electricity all included, no extras. Our agent will supply a 'Welcome Pack' and be on hand to ensure a trouble-free stay. Two-week bookings get a linen and towel change after one week.

£25 per week discount for two week bookings or for booking both apartments.
For those with young children, a cot and high chair can be supplied at no additional cost. We are happy to accept midweek changeovers. For lengths of stay longer than a week, prices are pro-rata. Rates negotiable on long winter lets. We accept all major credit cards, via the secure on-line facility on our own website, giving UK guests financial protection under Section 75 of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act.

About Nerja, Costa del Sol

Another popular resort on the Costa del Sol, Nerja is situated to the east of Malaga. The fantastic beach with its golden sand is a huge bonus, and over the years this old fishing town has transformed into a lively holiday destination. You can visit the nearby caves that are a few kilometres outside the town, or see the famous “Balcon de Europa” in the historical part of the town.

As is common on the Costa del Sol, outside living is big. If you want to eat out every night, you can. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants offering both traditional and international cuisine. What better way to walk a meal off than by wandering round the narrow parts of the old town and imagining how it used to look years ago.

Owner's Tips...

Worth a visit - the restored Roman mountain village of Frigiliana, about three miles away. The Nerja Caves in the nearby fishing village of Maro, Spain's third biggest tourist attraction. The second biggest is the Alhambra Palace in Granada, less than two hours drive away, or alternatively, there is a daily bus service from Nerja.

For those of a cultural disposition, perhaps a trip to the Picasso Museum in Malaga.
