About the property

Built on one level the villa comprises of a hallway which leads into lounge with digital satellite, colour TV with DVD player, video, built in bar with fridge, open fireplace and doors onto a shaded terrace fully equipped for al-fresco dining.

The kitchen has USA style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast area, plus a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower, TV/video and doors onto the terrace. Two further twin bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom.

There is a study/TV room with double sofabed, TV/video and doors onto a private terrace at the rear of the villa.

There is an attached annex bedroom with en-suite shower-room which has independent access from the terrace and overlooks the swimming pool and garden. This room can also be accessed from inside.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

Approximately £20 per week is included in the price for electricity. Extra usage is to be paid for, in local currency, upon departure from the villa however, this should be more than enough for normal usage.

About Nueva Andalucía, Costa del Sol

Situated to the west of Marbella, visitors to Nueva Andalucia often go to play for the golf. There are a wide range of golf and country clubs in the local area that are set within stunning scenery and the courses are designed to a very high standard. The nearby beaches are safe and clean and there are many watersports to try out if you don’t want to relax in the sun.

Street markets are big in this area and the one in Nueva Andalucia is held next to the bullring on Saturday mornings. It’s recommended you go early as they’re are always bargains to be had.

Being so close to Marbella and Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucia is an excellent place to stay if you´re looking for a fun, active holiday with lot´s of activities to choose from. Alternatively you can read a book on the beach and soak up the Mediterranean sun.
