Escondida is a new luxury 3 bedroom villa built on two levels and is fully air-conditioned. It has its own private solar heated swimming pool and newly installed salt water system. The villa offers a very private and relaxing setting and is situated in the exclusive area of San Agustin, Maspalomas.
Accommodation in this spacious villa includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom consisting of twin basins, a double shower unit and toilet. This bedroom also offers a private balcony with a sea view. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size double bed and again its own private balcony. Both share a bathroom with a large shower unit, toilet and basin and there is another cloakroom downstairs.
A superb kitchen includes oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and there are ample work surfaces all finished in black marble.
There is a small lounge at the rear of the villa, which houses the 32" TV, video, DVD, Satellite and hi-fi units and makes a superb place to sit in the cool and relax. The front lounge is much larger where you can sit comfortably overlooking the pool and take in the view of the hills and sea beyond.
As the pool is solar heated and is equipped with a fully fitted pool cover and this enables swimming at any time of the year and the large terraces are equipped with sun loungers, reclining chairs and outside dining facilities under a covered terrace.
All bedrooms and both lounges have their own air-conditioning units and in winter these can also be used as heaters. Unlike many villas there is no extra charge for this facility as this is covered within the rental price.
The villa is equipped with remote controlled electronic security grills for your peace of mind and there are digital safes for our clients to use free of charge.

If you are able to travel outside of school holidays please do ask for our best price, especially the weeks that fall prior to a school holiday, as often these are very quiet.
Where you see that our prices have been reduced this is nothing to do with a change in weather as Gran Canaria has a wonderful 'all year round' climate.
A popular tourist destination, Maspalomas has plenty to offer. If you fancy a change from relaxing on the beach, on the edge of the famous dunes is an 18-hole golf course to try your luck on. The town itself is full of modern complexes and hotels, plus fantastic entertainment facilities, ensuring there is something for everyone. One such attraction is the Palmitos Park, which has over 50 different types of palm trees from all over the world.
On arrival at Las Palmas airport we can offer the option of an airport transfer driver who will take you straight to the villa. Here you will be met by our representative, who will give you all the relevant details regarding your stay. He will also give you a contact number where you can reach him should you have any concerns during your holiday and can also advise you of all the local amenities.

“Beautiful villa, very well equipped, including DVD,s books etc & satellite TV. Quiet & private, with nice heated pool and terrace with view down to the sea. Excellent Air conditioning throughout. Good size rooms, slept 6 very comfortably.
Location was a slight down-side, we felt that we really needed our hire car. About 800m from shop and restaurant, but the return walk is uphill (although to be fair taxis readily available outside health centre beside shop).
Improvements? - could have provided essentials - more toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tabs etc. Slightly annoying to have to buy packs of these.
Overall though would highly recommend Villa Escondida!”
