Situated in one of Mallorca´s prettiest villages, this stunning house offers fantastic self-catering accommodation to any visitor. The property has been furnished and decorated to a high standard to ensure your comfort.
The large living/dining area has French doors which open on to one of the terraces. It has comfortable sofas and Sky and English satellite TV, DVD player, CD-player and radio cassette. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all modern appliances including granite work tops, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, electric hob and oven, microwave
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with a large (5') double bed with french doors opening on to its private terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds. A childs cot and high chair can be supplied at no extra cost if required. Luxury fitted bathroom which has twin basins with marble tops , bath with shower, bidet & WC. Linen and towels are provided for your use.
The property has a three terraces and amazing views, There is a private parking space just beside it and tennis courts (free) are very close by.
The property is heated, giving extra comfort if you visit the island out of season, plus air-conditioning if you stay during the summer months.

The low season starts at £450 per week and the most expensive months, July and August, are £800 per week inclusive. There are no hidden extras! Prices are in pounds sterling, therefore avoiding any problems with the pound/euro rate! If you would like to stay more than one week but less than two, additional days are charged pro rata. Broadband WIFI is available at no extra cost in the house/duplex but not in the apartment.

Once home to the famous English poet/writer Robert Graves, Deià is roughly a 45 minute drive from Palma airport. There are a number of good restaurants, one of which has an international Michelin star, others offering local Mallorquin cuisine or tapas snacks. There are a number of small bars offering an opportunity to enjoy local colour while sampling the beers and wines of the region.
Deià has an enchanting sea cove, usually pictured on the covers of guide books, with two small restaurants and easy swimming or snorkeling from the pebbled beach. There is also a good regular bus service which operates from Deià either to Valldemossa and the capital Palma or to Soller and its picturesque port.
Deia ( often spelt Deya) is full of interest with its famous beach (Cala) featuring on the cover of most guidebooks. Nearby is Valldemossa with the historic monastery and Costa Nord, the Michael Douglas foundation, which has an excellent presentation on the area. Also nearby is the charming town of Soller with an unspoilt port and a sandy beach. Excellent walking of every type in the local Tramontana mountains.
