About the property

Villa Esselle is a beautiful secluded villa in the south of Tenerife. Located on the popular Golf Del Sur.

The villa is light & spacious & is all on one level, but access is by stairs only. It is a very large property & comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 large twin rooms, sharing bath/shower room and a double room with en-suite facilities. The patio doors from this room are directly on to the pool area. Two further people can be accommodated on a double sofa bed located in the lounge. We also have a small folding bed, cot & highchair available at no extra charge.

Recently refurbished, the villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary style. It has all the conveniences expected in a luxury villa such as British TV, DVD, CD, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. There are free standing fans in all rooms.

Throughout the day or after a strenuous round of golf, you can cool off in the villa's own private, heated pool which is 8m x 4m and a uniform 5 feet deep. It is kept at a steady warm temperature throughout the year.

However, there is a staircase with a locked door between the 2 which can be unlocked if you have a large party & wish to book both villas. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.

Owner's Tips...

The fishing harbour at Los Abrigos is 10 mins drive, 15-20 mins walk, numerous restaurants, all very good. The Lobster Pot in Golf del Sur San Blas, is a particular favourite along with the tapas Pato D'Oro & La Strada.

Local entertainment varies; live singers most nights. 3 golf courses, of tournament level. Conservation beach area 15 mins drive, Medano Beach. Los Cristianos in opposite direction is 15mins & Las Americas is 20 mins drive.

Favourite village on the island is Garachico, worth visiting is Masca & the volcano Mount Teide.
