About the property

This property boasts three double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and comes complete with a sunken circular mosaic bath. There are also a further two shower rooms and a twin-bedded room.

The living area has an inglenook fireplace and there is plenty of home entertainments including satellite TV, video and CD player. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen and conveniences include a built-in oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside the property has two terraces, one of which is covered and a BBQ. A patio table and chairs are provided, allowing you to dine alfresco around the electric/solar heated private swimming pool with ajacent jacuzzi and is totally private.

Situated just 10-minutes away from all amenities, this property is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

About Guime, Lanzarote

Guime is a village situated in the hills overlooking Arrecife and the sea. Centrally situated, it is within easy reach of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and all the main tourist attractions as well as the airport, which is a 15-minute drive.

Owner's Tips...

A few restaurants we use Quintins, Calle Juan Carlos, Puerto Del Carmen. La Benita old town Puerto Del Carmen. There are a good choice of restaurants at the marinas Puerto Calero & Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca with views to match.

E-Maxx, Playa Honda. Italian restaurant with exquisite sea views practically on the beach.
