About Villa Helios
This comfortably furnished villa offers self catering holiday accommodation comprising of a master bedroom incorporating a dressing area and fully fitted en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom.
The fully fitted kitchen comprises full oven, hob, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine
The spacious lounge/dining area has a full home entertainment system for those relaxing evenings in including digital satellite TV, dvd, video player and music centre.
Patio doors lead onto the sun and swimming pool terraces. Outside there are spacious sunbathing terraces and a heated swimming pool approx. 5m x 5m for enjoyable bathing all year round.
Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided for clients comfort together with a built-in Canarian barbeque for al fresco dining.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

For golf lovers there is an international 18 hole golf course nearby.

“Had a fab holiday in Villa Helios. Very Clean and comfortable. Villa was excelllently located and car hire was not necessary. Would recommend this Villa to a friend.”

“We recently stayed in Villa Helios. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. There was also a welcome pack which was very much appreciated as we arrived on a late flight. The villa is very private and located in a quiet area, but close enough (a short walk) to the shops, bars and restaurants. We will definatley be returning next year.
The only down side was having to vacate the villa at 10am as our flight did not departing until 9pm - walking around the town for 9 hrs was very draining.”

“We spent 10 days in the Villa Helios and had a great time. The Villa is well presented and has everything to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant. This was our 4th visit to Costa Teguise but it was our first stay in Villa Helios but it won't be our last. Geoff the owner of the villa was very helpful with our booking and let us stay late in the Villa at no extra cost as we had a late flight and the villa wasn't needed until the next day. A big thank you Geoff. See you soon.”

“Great villa in very peaceful location, however a bit of a walk to the main part of the town and to any shops for groceries. We always hire a car for the duration, so it this wasn't a problem.
Position wise, you can usually find a sunny spot on the terrace anywhere from dawn to dusk. The pool was kept clean and was checked at least twice by the poolman in the week we were there.
Equipment wise, only thing missing was a hairdryer, one has usually been provided in other villas we have used.
On arrival, we found milk, tea, wine, cans of pop, bottled water to keep you going until shopping time.
Would definitley use Villa Helios again.”
Owner's response: Providing a hair dryer has always been a problem for us. There are so many different types for different applications. My wife considers her hair dryer to be a personal item and this is the reason we do not provide one.
