About the property

Villa Rosa is a modern two storey detached villa less than a ten minute stroll from the Matagorda shopping centre and beach. The ground floor has an entrance hall leading to the stylish lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen alongside a solana with washing machine, a twin bedroom and full bathroom. The first floor has the master double bedroom (king size bed) with balcony, a twin bedroom with large balcony/sun terrace also accessible from the landing, and a full bathroom.

Outside we have a patio for sunbathing and alfresco dining, and a 6m x 3m private heated pool. This area enjoys the sunshine virtually all day.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Holiday rental prices from £500 to £627 per week

The standard price for the villa is £627 per week for two people. Price reductions are available in low seasons which can reduce the price to £500. The price for a third and fourth person is usually an extra £50 each per week while we normally charge the fifth person £20 per week or just £10 in peak season. About Matagorda, Lanzarote

Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.

The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.

Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, or something a bit more lively, or a mixture of both, then Villa Rosa is the ideal accommodation for you. We are in the relaxing resort of Matagorda, which has a top class selection of bars, shops and restaurants and an excellent fine sandy beach, yet the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen is just down the road.
