A luxury penthouse apartment with stunning sea views on a quiet complex with two swimming pools.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with two double/twin bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms, one en-suite to the main bedroom.
The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar & includes a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, iron & board. Well presented lounge with sea views, satellite TV and DVD/CD player with various DVDs and CDs and reading books. Dining area with seating for five people. Very large private balcony/sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking the swimming pools and panoramic sea views.
Direct access to the beach and close to local shops, bars and excellent restaurants.
The complex has a large swimming pool, children's pool and play area, tennis courts, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a pool bar. There is also a bank and a car/bicycle hire shop.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests including tea, coffee, sugar/sweetener and bottled water to refresh you on arrival.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Ideal location for the beach and excellent local restaurants. Try Villa Toledo for a relaxing drink or meal overlloking the sea.There is excellent snorkelling or scuba diving from the nearby beach and also windsufing available. The island's golf course and water park are only 10 minutes away by car. If you hire a car have a look at the various natural features created by local artist Cesar Manrique, such as Mirador del Rio and Jameos del Agua, and the spectacular volcanic scenery at Timanfaya (Fire Mountain).

“Well where do I start!! A fantastic holiday had by my family and I. The Penthouse apartment exceeded our expectations!! It offered spacious family accommodation along with cleanliness of the highest order. We enjoyed a few nights in, relaxing in front of the tv (with full English Channel listings), especially my wife who is an avid corrie fan!!
The views from the large sun terrace are fabulous and unspoilt. The owners have thought of everything including essential child safety, by fitting lockable safety gates on the balcony, brilliant!!
The complex itself boasts a large pool, childrens pools and a poolside bar serving quality food and beverages.
This was our 1st time in Costa Teguise and stay at this apartment, and we cannot fault it whatsoever!! We shall certainly be returning and will highly recommend to all our family and friends.”
