About Las Coronas

A luxury penthouse apartment with stunning sea views on a quiet complex with two swimming pools.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with two double/twin bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms, one en-suite to the main bedroom.

The modern kitchen has a marble breakfast bar & includes a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, iron & board. Well presented lounge with sea views, new flat-screen satellite TV showing BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 & Channel 5 and DVD/CD player with various DVDs and CDs and reading books. Dining area with seating for five people. Very large private balcony/sun terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers overlooking the swimming pools and panoramic sea views.

Direct access to the beach and close to local shops, bars and excellent restaurants.

The complex has a large swimming pool, children's pool and play area, tennis courts, a gymnasium, a gift shop, a restaurant and a pool bar. There is also a car/bicycle hire shop.

A welcome pack is provided for all guests including tea, coffee, sugar/sweetener and bottled water to refresh you on arrival together with an information booklet to make your stay even more enjoyable.

11 August - 1 September 2013 £310 per week for up to 2 guests
(Plus £30 per additional guest)
1 September - 7 November 2013 £290 per week for up to 2 guests
(Plus £30 per additional guest)
7 November - 5 December 2013 £170 per week for up to 2 guests
(Plus £30 per additional guest)

Deposit of £75 per week required on booking. Full amount payable 10 weeks prior to departure. Returnable bond of £50.

We are now taking Bookings for 2013 at the price of £290 per week for 2 people plus £30 each for additional people, except School summer holidays 18 July - 29 August 2013 which are £310 per week for 2 people plus £30 each for additional people.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Playa de las Cucharas, Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips

Ideal location for the beach and excellent local restaurants. Try Villa Toledo for a relaxing drink or meal overlloking the sea.There is excellent snorkelling or scuba diving from the nearby beach and also windsufing available. The island's golf courses and water park are only 10 minutes away by car. If you hire a car have a look at the various natural features created by local artist Cesar Manrique, such as Mirador del Rio and Jameos del Agua, and the spectacular volcanic scenery at Timanfaya (Fire Mountain).

“We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for 6 weeks and were blessed with good weather during this period. The apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Towels and linen were changed prompty each week by Sue, who was friendly and very helpful. The views from the apartment and sun balcony look over the well maintained complex and communal pools, with stunning sea views. The promenade is a lovely walk into town where there are good restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets for self-caterers. We particularly enjoyed the Italian Cafe at Pueblo Marinero (Good coffee and delicious homemade cakes). Although taxis are cheap the buses are cheaper and regular for going further afield. Communication with the owners was excellent and we appreciated a courtesy call from them upon our return. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday letting.”

Owner's response: Thank you for your lovely review. The buses are cheap and comfortable and very handy for visiting places like Teguise Market, Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen.

“second time we have stayed here and as last time the apartment was spotless with everything you need for your holiday ,the patio is secluded so if you feel like doing absolutly nothing you can just lie there and nobody can bother you.The apartment is spacious well set out ,i would recommend this apartment to any body you will not be dissapointed.the complex is superb with everything you need within easy walking distance ,we hope to go back as soon as possible.”
