About the property

This two bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort, there is a large twin bedroom two single beds which can be put together to make a king size double or seperate as required, and a small bedroom with two single beds, there is also a double bed/settee in the lounge where 2 more can be accommodated if required.

It is a lovely sunny and spacious apartment which has been beautifully decorated and furnished. The large windows and patio doors give this apartment a real sunny aspect to it, it manages to attract the sun all day long on the L-shaped balcony, which overlooks the swimming pools, and has been enclosed with solar glass sliding windows, which helps to provide protection from the heat of the day, but can be opened as required.

It is 5 mins walk to the clubhouse of Golf del Sur's 27 hole championship golf course and is ideally situated to enjoy all the facilities the south of Tenerife has to offer being only 10 ins from the airport and 20 ins from the major south coast resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Bedding and towels changed weekly. Cleaning at the end of your holiday.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife

Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.

Owner's Tips...

Green Park is a holiday complex which is absolutely ideal for families, or those who just want some fun. The children will simply adore the swimming pools, along with some adults too. There are so many facilities on this complex such as the "Sundowners Bar" featuring karaoke nights, a quieter bar for a relaxing drink and "La Corbetta" bar where they often put on shows, bingo, flamenco dancing, barbeque evenings etc and also serve food.

There is also the "Caddyshack" snack bar where you can buy a delicious breakfast, snacks and meals, "La Mon Lodge" for your upmarket evening meals and a buffet bar. You will also find a Launderette on site and the "9th Hole" a large supermarket along with a car hire office. Just across the road there is an Irish bar "Grandee O'Donnells" with entertainment every evening and "The Lansdowne" which is reported to be the best restaurant on the Golf del Sur. Other facilities on Green Park include a children's play park, a games room and a multi-use court for either tennis, football, badminton etc. There are 3 swimming pools, a large pool, a smaller heated pool and a children's pool - these are on three different levels, and there is plenty of room to spread out on the sunbeds around the pools.
