This brand new bungalow is part of a luxury development and whilst being in a quiet location, Vistas Del Mar is within 10 minutes walk of the beach, bars, restuarants and main shopping areas.

Tastefully furnished, the accommodation comprises lounge with 2 and 3 seater sofas, occasional furniture and equipped with TV/video/satellite (no card), selection of videos and CD mini hi-fi. The dining area has table and chairs for 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 has double bed and en-suite shower room and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is adjacent to the master bathroom. Patio doors lead from the lounge to an 'al fresco' dining terrace with pergola table and chairs for 4. On the lower terrace, the swimming pool, heated during winter months, is surrounded by sun loungers.

Weekly maid service - bed linen, towels and tea towels changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
