About the property
This brand new gorgeous penthouse apartment provides luxurious accommodation in an exclusive complex. Being top floor with an open top balcony, it only enjoys an abundance of sun but also has stunning panoramic views! From here you can sunbathe in privacy with the occasional visit back into the apartment to get a cold drink!
As well as overlooking the swimming pool (heated in the winter) it enjoys lovely views over the golf course on one direction and out to the sea in the other!
The living area is of a good size and has two sofabeds (each one folds out to make a twin bed), therefore it can easily accommodate four people. There are mosquite screens on the patio doors and all windows.
The TV picks up BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, Sky Sports and Sky news. There is a DVD player, a CD/radio, a safe and also a TV in the bedroom picking up the same channels.
We bought the apartment from new (approx 2 years ago) but still refurbished the kitchen, adding a SMEG dishwasher and a tall SMEG fridge freezer. The apartment also has a washing machine.
The complex itself runs adjacent to a 27 hole championship golf course. Some quiet bars and restaurants are less than 100 metres away, including a supermarket and a lovely wine bar / tapas bar at the front of the complex. The sea and small beach are about 5 minutes walk. The streets of Golf Del Sur are lined with sub-tropical palms and flowering plants which all add to the charm of this unique resort.
We are an English couple who run a holiday rental business in Tenerife. This is our apartment but as a company we also manage 3 others in the complex, all with the same stunning views. So if ours is not available we will send you photos of other apartments that are.
One of our drivers are able to meet you at the airport, show you to the apartment and of course be available during your stay should you need us.
Whilst this apartment is only a year old, we actually lived in it for the first 6 months and therefore it has all the homely touches you would associate with someones home.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife
Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
Owner's Tips...
At the front of the complex is a supermarket, a lovely wine bar / tapas bar, a coffee shops, an Italian, Chinese and Internation restaurant. Just 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the commercial centre where you will find a picturesque square with good quality restaurants, bars and shops. Many have live entertainment. The new marina with it's gorgeous sea front promenade full of restaurants is a 5 - 10 min walk. The fishing village of Los Abrigos and its restaurants are only a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes drive away.
Golf Del Sur has one nightclub and a karaoke bar or the nightlife of Playa De Las Americas is only 15 euros away by taxi.
