About the property
Villa Zante is situated on the 18 hole Fuerteventura golf course and has 4 bedrooms and its own private heated pool. It is a detached villa with a landscaped garden and access to the villa is via a locked gate. There is plenty of parking outside the villa.
The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also an additional TV/CD stereo in the master bedroom. There are 3 additional twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and bedside units (with lamps) and a fully tiled family bathroom. The Lounge/dining area is furnished to a high standard throughout and has satellite TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. Utility area with washing machine. Iron and ironing board.
The private swimming pool is probably the largest on the development at 11m x 5m with a large surrounding sun terrace and outside solar heated shower. The pool is heated in the winter months for your comfort. There is an outside dining patio table and chairs and plenty of sunbeds. A Barbeque is provided for outdoor dining. Stairs lead to a spacious roof terrace which benefits from views over golf course to the sea.

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura
Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.
The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.
Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
Owner's Tips...
Situated on golf course. Only 2 minutes walk from 5 star Elba Palace Golf Hotel hotel and golf club.
A free courtesy bus runs from the Elba Palace Golf Hotel down to the Atlantico Centre where there are shops/bars/restaurants as well as a beach and then into the main town of Caleta. This is an ideal way of getting to the town without the need for a car. Taxis are also cheap and readily available. However we do recommend you hire a car to enjoy the rest of the island.
