About Villa Callao

A luxury villa with private swimming pool. Villa Azul sleeps 6 persons and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, patio area with pool and roof terrace with excellent views. The swimming pool is heated in the winter months.The Villa is in a private location yet close to all amenities. The roof terrace affords superb sea and mountain views ideal for relaxing with a morning cuppa.

The villa has recently been renovated and has a large sunbathing terrace and also a shaded terrace for when shade is needed, there is ample patio furniture and a BBQ for alfresco dining.

This modern villa is totally equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc and satellite TV with bbc & itv channels.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a further twin bedded room and a third bedroom. A modern separate shower room.

About Callao Salvaje, Tenerife

Callao Salvaje is a village situated on the south - west coast of Tenerife, between the bustling resort of Playa de las Americas and the more tranquil resort of Los Gigantes. Callao Salvaje offers a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops, car hire, bank etc, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the airport.

The resort is within easy reach of the golf courses, the nearest one being the Costa Adeje, which is just a 5 minute drive away.

Owner's Tips

A 5 minute drive to the Adeje golf course. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a bank within walking distance of this property.

The new beach of Callao Salvaje is now completed.

Car hire recommended for day trips out etc, although with the pool at the villa and shops close by, car hire is not essential.

“Had a great week, villa is superb, very comfortable with lovely views, gets sun all day. Just a small moan, fans in rooms help with the heat but air con would be better, especially at night.

“We had a fortnight in June 2010, beautiful villa, absolutley no complaints. Lots of supermarkets, a few bars and restaurants. Not a place for youngsters but ideal if you are 45+ and just want a lovely peaceful holiday.

Villa is superb.”

“We stayed at the Villa Azul for two weeks in November. It is very well equipped and maintained and six members of our family really enjoyed staying there. A couple of small gripes -
• Lighting in the Master Bedroom was poor with no ceiling light and only very dim bedside lights, not even bright enough to read by
• Leather sofa was uncomfortable and there was not really room for six to sit and relax on”

Owner's response: We have put in new leather sofas and increased the lighting in the bedroom.

“We have stayed in villa Azul many times, this villa has everything we need with all the comforts of home. The swimming pool is fabulous. The location of the villa is ideal, in a quiet position within a 5 minute stroll to the village where there is ample restaurants and bars with beautiful sea views. Highly recommended for all ages.”
