About the property

Villa Vista Too is one of the largest and most sought after detached villas in Playa Blanca. Located in the beautiful tranquil area of Los Claveles, this property offers majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean and neighbouring Fuerteventura. It is very private, not overlooked and completely self-contained, perfect for getting away from it all. The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo, about a 3 minute drive away, whilst the local supermarket and taxi rank are within easy walking distance.

The villa is big. Capable of sleeping up to 12 people, this property is perfect for large groups, 1 or 2 families or even couples who like their space. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total, but are positioned in a way that 2 families would have separate areas and plenty of space. There is a very large dining area, which features satellite TV, video and a stereo CD, which leads into a separate living room. The kitchen provides an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Outside, there is protective fencing built around the heated swimming pool to prevent direct access from minors, and the garden comes with swings and a slide. There is a large south-facing terrace - perfect for catching those rays - as well as a raised area from which to enjoy the ocean views. For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is also a very large built in barbeque. The property also has a children´s play area outside -ideal for the little one´s.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
