About the property

These villas offer one large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (with bath), plus a separate drying area, along with a twin bedroom and shower room, also with its own drying area. Both bedrooms provide ample wardrobe space.

The kitchens are modern and well stocked and also include dishwashers and ovens and large fridge-freezers.

The spacious living room leads out to a very large terrace, where there is a shaded area for al fresco dining. An utility room at the back of the terrace offers washing and drying facilities. Enjoy great views from the terrace as you munch on your prawns from the barbie.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
