About the property

This very spacious and comfortable villa has just been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The ground floor has a large living room and dining area with plush leather settees and a new 32" Plasma TV. There is a very well equipped, separate kitchen plus a utility and clothes drying area. The villa has three large bedrooms.... the master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and a large walk-in wardrobe. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with twin beds and patio doors leading on to large private balconies.There is a full family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor.

There are plenty of cushioned sunloungers on the terrace which overlooks the private, heated pool with its Roman step design.... and a built-in barbecue for all your alfresco dining!

Your pick up from the airport to the Villa can be organised for the price of 15 Euros for up to 4 people.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Owner's Tips...

Just 5 minutes away you have the Biosfera Shopping Plaza inc. shops such as Zara, Footlocker and Mango. They have a brilliant BallPark for the children which costs approx 5 Euros per hour and you can relax and enjoy yourselves!

Titos Karaoke Bar is also 5 minutes away and has fantastic free entertainment for all the family!
