About the property

Welcome to Villa Montana in the village of Tias, Lanzarote. We are a husband and wife team who take pride in high standards. We stay at and maintain the villa at regular intervals. This villa is probably one of the best maintained on the Island, offering the highest possible standard of accommodation.

Our aim is to offer good value for money and ensure guests have the best possible holiday. Many guests return year after year with our visitors books full of praise for not only the accommodation but also the location of the property.

Located in a quiet village street, the villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms one en-suite, with private heated pool. Elevated village setting with sea views. Excellent restaurants & shops within 10 minute walk. Secluded patio & barbecue areas with sun loungers, patio chairs & tables. Panoramic views of the sea & surrounding area. Two king size double bed & two twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards & wardrobes. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave & washing machine. Satellite TV, DVD, video with a selection of English DVD's & tapes and the use of the safe are all included in the price.

Golden sandy beaches 10 minute drive, 5 minute drive to the new & best golf course on the Island.

About Tias, Lanzarote

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Owner's Tips...

If you do not wish to stay in over developed Playa Blanca or in the hubbub of Puerto del Carmen, try our villa in the less commercialised village of Tias which is ideally situated to visit all the attractions of Lanzarote. Car hire recommended but not essential. Excellent restaurants and shops within 10 minute walk, only 10 minute drive to the lovely beach at Los Pocillos. Villa Montana is only let through the owners, not through any agents.
