Villa Montana is a superb privately owned, luxury, detached villa set in the less commercialised village of Tias. The villa is equipped & regularly maintained to a high standard to ensure that guests have the best possible holiday & offers good value for money.

Many guests return year after year with our visitors books full of praise for not only the accommodation but also the location of the property.

Villa Montana is located in an elevated position with sea views in a quiet road in the village & is within an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, banks & restaurants. The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms one en-suite, with private heated pool. The bedrooms comprise of two double with king size double beds & one with two twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards & wardrobes. Fully fitted kitchen & utility room with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Satellite TV, DVD, video with a selection of English DVD's & tapes and the use of the safe are all included in the price.

Outside there are three south facing patio areas with ample sunny & shade areas all day long. The patio area around the pool has a garden area at the rear while the patio area with the BBQ has a border of colourful shrubs. The remaining patio area in front of the villa has a covered dining area. Patio tables, chairs & sun loungers are provided.Panoramic views of the sea & surrounding area.

Golden sandy beaches 10 minute drive, 5 minute drive to the new & best golf course on the Island.

All inclusive prices all year for the villa per week from £490 for two people

Payment can be accepted by bank transfer, Paypal, credit or debit cards or cheque in sterling or euros.
There is a 3.4% surcharge when paying by Paypal or cards.

Reductions possible for some 2 week & long term bookings.

About Tias, Lanzarote

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!

Owner's Tips

The golden sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Los Pocillos are just a 10 minute drive from Tias, one of the main attractions of Lanzarote. The unusual lunar landscape of the island lends itself to some very unique sightseeing excursions.

All the main attractions of Lanzarote including Rancho Texas activity centre with three shows daily, the green lake at El Golfo, Teguise Sunday Market, surfing at La Caleta de Famara, the catus gardens at Oasis de Nazzaret, the cave at Jameos del Agua, fantastic views at Mirador del Rio & much, much more are all within easy driving distance

There are excellent bus services from Tias to Puerto Del Carmen, Yaiza, Playa Blanca & Arrecife. Taxis are also available in Tias. However, the roads all over the island are reasonable and a hire car is a worthwhile addition to make the most of your holiday and essential if you wish to take in all the sights.
