(There is room for 2 foldaway beds in the lounge area) The property has been completely refurbished including new tiling inside and out, Great care has been taken to provide for all our guests requirements having stayed here before we purchased the property, we picked up on a lot of small but very important missing items which we believe makes the difference between a good time and an excellent one. So your home comprises of satellite TV, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, CD-Player, I Pod docking station, plus ample ample glasses cutlery and pans for those who like to prepare their own food.
It also has a newly furnished bathroom suite and shower unit.
The terrace receives the sun all day, so to afford a choice of shade we have covered in the pergola, fitted down lights for evening BBQ's A terrace umbrella and our guests most sort after sun filter hammock that allows you to tan without burning as the special material reflects 95% of the dangerous UVB rays, whilst absorbing the tanning UVA. Excellent for those who would love to tan but for various reasons cannot sit in the sun.
As well as 2 beautiful swimming pools, there are private tennis courts, a childrens play area, and a mini market for our guests to benifit from and during the evening at the pool side bar FREE entertainment is provided most nights.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Fire Mountain is a must open 7 days a week, learn and see how the south of the island was created by the volcanic activity. See the food being cooked for the restaurant at the peak of Fire Mountain on a huge BBQ powered from the molten laver some 80 meters below your feet, and many other stunning sights
A trip to the north of the island to visit both sets of caves. One set offers a guided tour which is worth the visit if only to see its very special secret. Whilst in this area carry on to Mirador Del Rio for the fantastic views of the straights between Lanzarote and the small inhabited island of Graciosa
Make a day of it on a Sunday and visit Teguise Market 10.00am till 14.00 hours (30 minute drive from Playa Blanca) and then book a table for later at Lag O Mar restaurant in Nazareth 5 minutes from the market (Once owned and lost in a card game by Omar Sharif) built into the side of a mountain
Locally in Playa Blanca there are many restaurants to choose from, those along the sea front are great for their ambiance, but when asked to recommend there are 3 which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run.
